摘要
目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆融化后不同保存时间凝血因子的变化情况,为指导临床输血,确保疗效提供理论依据。方法采用日本东亚CA530型自动血凝分析仪,对30份新鲜冰冻血浆样品分别于融化后0、6、12、24h测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ(FⅦ、FⅧ、FⅨ)活性水平。结果新鲜冰冻血浆融化后24h之内无明显改变的有PT、FIB、TT;其他指标在不同时间段各有明显的改变。结论新鲜冰冻血浆融化后放置会有凝血因子活性衰减。为保证输血质量,应尽可能融化后立即输注。
Objective To explore the changes of coagulation factor of warmed fresh frozen plasma within 24h, which provides the theory basis for clinical transfusion. Methods We warmed 30 samples of FFP and detected PT, APTT, FIB, TT, FⅦ, FⅧ, FⅨ at 0h, 6h, 12h, 24h respectively by CA530. Results PT, TT and FIB didn't change obviously within 24h after warmed, but other indexes changed obviously at different time. Conclusion Coagulation factor activity should decrease after FFP was warmed. It had better been transfused immediately after warmed in order to assure quality of transfusion.
