单种群杆菌生长反应扩散型方程的动力学分析

摘要 首先对单种群杆菌生长的反应扩散型动力学方程的分支现象进行了讨论,然后通过奇异变形杆菌波动过程中活菌数及形态的实验观察,建立了该体系生长与营养密度演变的动力学方程,并对杆菌营养物消耗的必要条件、定态解、营养物传输环等给予了动力学分析,得到了一些较为重要的性质与结果. On the basis of the travelling wave solution the dynamic behaviour of the reaction diffusion like evolutionary equation valid for popular growth of the single bacillus was discussed.By means of the laboratory observation of the number of the living bacillus as well as its existing form during the growth period of the singular bacillus a dynamic equation describing both the popular growth and the evalution of the nutritment density of this kinds of system is then suggested.Furthermore,the necessary conditions of comsumption of the bacillus′ nutritments,the stationary solution and the transmission ring of the nutritments are analysed quantitatively,obtainning a series of very important theoretic results.
