摘要
用离子色谱法分析测定了土壤中的可溶性盐及水质矿化度.以干涸残渣(重量法)作校对,与经典的化学法相对照.解决了土、水样品中含有NO-3,NH+4时,化学法无法测定的问题.用离子色谱直接测定样品中的Na+与K+,避免了化学分析中用差减法计算Na+与K+含量所引起的系统误差的累加.
The soluble saltsin soils and the degree of mineralization of water were measured by ion chromatography (IC).Compared with chemical analysis,the result was satisfied using dried leavings as the proofread (in gravimetry).The IC analysis can be continued as ions of NO - 3 and NH + 4 were contained in soil and water,nevertheless it is impossible by chemical analysis.Moreover the ions of K + and Na + can be measured directly by IC avoiding the increased error as calculating them in chemical analysis.
