摘要 内皮抑素作为治疗肿瘤的一种有效手段,近几年来得到一定的发展。本文从内皮抑素的发现及作用机理、内皮抑素的临床试验及应用以及应用中存在的问题、展望等方面对国内外内皮抑素治疗肿瘤的进展进行综述。 Endostatin as an effective drug in treating cancers,is well developed in recent years, this article tells us about its discovery, mechanism, clinical research results, application and its underlying problems and predictions about its future.
