急性脑血管意外的急诊护理及效果分析

目的总结急性脑血管意外的护理要点。方法对116例急性脑血管意外患者的护理措施进行回顾性总结。结果116例急性脑血管意外患者中快速安全转送到医院为104例,占89%;病情加重12例,占10%,无l例途中死亡。结论密切观察病情,认真实施各项护理措施,能使病人早日康复,提高治愈率、降低并发症。

Objective To summarize the nursing points for cerebral vascular diseases. Methods Summarizing the nursing measures of 116 patients of Acute cerebral vascular diseases. Results Among 1 16 cases, 104 cases acute cerebral vascular disease shifting to hospital safely and fast, accounts for 89%; 12 patient＇s condition worsened, account for 10%; have not died on the way. Conclusion If nurses give first aid and attendance to acute cerebral vascular disease patients, the complications can been reduced effectively, which is of great clinical significance to save lives, contributing to early recovery of patients.
