B型超声在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

目的探讨术前B超检查对腹腔镜胆囊切除术难度的预测,以降低手术并发症及手术中转开腹率的应用价值。方法对956例LC患者行术前B超检查,结合手术记录和术后病理进行回顾性分析。结果术前B超检查预测手术困难与实际的符合率为97.34%,手术困难组的中转开腹率、术后并发症及胆囊壁厚度均高于非手术困难组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论术前B超检查可预测LC手术难度,对降低手术并发症及手术中转率具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of preoperative B-type ultrasonic inspection for predicting the difficulties of LC, in order to raduce the incidence of operative complications and enteritis operation. Methods The preoperative B-type ultrasonic inspection, operation records and postoperative pathological of 956 patients treated in our department were analysed retrospectively. Results The coincident rate of operation difficulty prediction by preoperative B-type ultrasonic with LC was 97.34%,the enteritis operation,operative complications and gallbladder wall thickness of LC difficult group were higher than LC non-difficult group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preoperative B-type ultrasonic inspection can predict LC operation difficulty, and it is very important to reduce the incidence of operative complications and enteritis operation.
