摘要
目的探讨知情权对恶性肿瘤患者治疗依从性的影响。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对120例肿瘤患者、家属、护士知情同意的赞同情况进行调查,将120例患者进行随机分组,对知情组和不知情组的治疗依从性进行对比分析。结果恶性肿瘤患者非常希望能够行使自己的知情权和医疗决策权,知情组都能积极配合治疗护理,而影响患者的知情权的主要因素是家属的态度。结论知情权对提高恶性肿瘤患者的治疗依从性具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the importance of effect of right of knowing on the compliance of therapy in patients with cancer. Methods Agreement of formed consent in 120 cancer patients, families and nurses was investigated by questionnaire designed by ourselves. 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to whether he（she） knew or not his（her） own diseases, and the compliance with treatment was comparatively analyzed. Results Patients hoped very much to exercise their right of knowing and consent. The group who knew their diseases could actively cooperate with treatment and nursing. The main factors influencing patients＇ right of knowing were the attitude of their relatives. Conclusion The right of knowing has important significance in improving cancer patients＇ compliance .
