核电站用蒸汽发生器800合金U型管的研制

介绍了用于核电站蒸汽发生器的800合金管的技术要求和上海五钢（集团）有限公司生产800合金U型管的工艺特征及产品质量。经与瑞典山特维克公司的产品对比，国产管各项指标与瑞典管基本相同，满足核电站用管的要求。

Described in the paper are the technical criteria for the 800 Alloy Tube for nuclear power station steam generator and the manufacturing process features and product quality concerning production of the 800 Alloy U-Shaped Tube by Shanghai No. 5 Steel (Group) Co.,Ltd. Compared with the similar tubes made by Sandvik Tube AB,Sweden, the China-made tube has been found almost the same as its Swedish counterpart in all the targets and up to the requirements set for nuclear power station service tubes.
