摘要 简析了焦西矿钢管厂φ76mm高频焊管机组的高频焊接机理及在安装调试中遇到的高频寄生振荡问题。栅极第一滤波电容量的变化及微机调压反馈屏蔽线安放不当都会引发寄生振荡。 The co-authors discuss the hi-frequency welding mechanism of the φ76mm hi-frequency weld-pipe mill line located at the steel plant of Jiaoxi Mine and the hi-frequency parasitic oscillation problem encountered during commissioning of the mill. The said parasitic oscillation trends to happen due to change of the grid first filter capacity and incorrect installation of the microprocessor voltage-tuning feeding shedded wires.
