摘要
分析了飞锯锯切矩形钢管在不同的切入点下,锯切力、钢管抗变形能力和锯屑排除等因素对切口变形和毛刺高度的影响。指出了最佳的锯切条件。通过改变飞锯汽缸和锯臂基座位置,并保证锯片切入点和切出点为矩形管的两个对角,可以使锯口变形和毛刺的高度大大降低。
Discussed in the paper is the influence on cut-distortion and bur-height by a number of variables during cutting of rectagular steel tubes with flying sawer,including feeding point,cutting force, deformation-resistance of the t u be and chip removal, etc. The optimum cutting conditions are proposed. Tile said cut-distortion and bur-height can be tremendously reduced by means of setting base positions of the flying sawer pneumatic cylinder and saw arm and keeping the cutting-in and cutting-out points just as the top points, of the two opposite angles of the rectagular tube.
