摘要
随着经互会的瓦解及边界的开放，欧盟及德国钢管工业的状况发生了很大的变化。介绍了欧盟1988～1995年钢管的进出口情况、设备生产能力削减情况及人员裁减情况。简要分析了欧盟及德国钢管工业的现状。
Along with the collaps of CMEA and the boundary opening,dramatic changes have happened with EU and German steel tube industries. The paper covers information concerning import/export of steel tubes,reduction of equipment capacity and staff reduction in EU during the period from 1988 to 1995. Also in the paper is a brief discussion on the current situation of EU and German steel tube industries.
