摘要
介绍了我国不锈钢焊管机组的分布及生产情况。预测到 2 0 0 0年我国不锈钢焊管产量将达 6.3万 t,建议新建不锈钢焊管厂机组尺寸范围初步可定在 12 .3～ 2 19mm,对我国现有的三套 2 19以上机组进行配套完善 ,逐步提高产品质量 ,指出产品方案中要有奥氏体和铁素体不锈钢焊管。文章对成型和焊接装置的选配做了详细介绍。最后对不锈钢焊管项目建设中应注意的问题做了说明。
The distribution and production conditions of stainless steel welded pipe sets of our country are intro- duced.It is forecasted that before 2 0 0 0 the output of stainless steel welded pipe will reach 63thousand tons. It is suggested that the dimension of stainless steel welded pipes may be at the range ofφ12 .3- 2 19mm . There are three aboveφ2 19sets in our country that have been improved and the quality of production is grad- ually improved.It is pointed that the production should include austenite and ferrite stainless steel pipes.Se- lecting and matching of forming and welding devices are introduced in detail.The problems of constructing stainless steel welded pipe sets are explained
