敞口孔型下平辊结构的改进

摘要 焊管成型机的敞口成型下平辊磨损非常严重 ,辊耗很大 ,车削修磨后再利用的费用较高。为此 ,对成型轧辊的结构作了改进 ,采用两边为 GCr15钢中间为优质碳素钢制造的复合型轧辊。该轧辊造价低、使用方便、修磨简单、提高了成型轧辊的使用效率。 Wear of flat roller in welded pipe forming machine is very serious.Because of large loss,the cost is high if it is used after turning.As a result,the structure of roller is improved.Compound roller is adopted.The sides of the compound roller are GCr15and the middle of it is high quality carbon steel.The roller is econo- mized in production,convenient in use,and simple in repairing.The using efficiency of forming roller is im- proved.
