摘要
介绍了电解、磨粒、超声复合加工的基本原理,分析了各主要加工参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响规律,并在此基础上应用神经网络理论中的遗传BP算法在线预测复合加工工件的表面粗糙度。
The principle of the machining technology of combining electrolysis,granule and ultrasonic waves is introduced.The influence of main machining parameters on surface roughness is analyzed.The surface roughness is predicted by applying the genetic BP algorithm of the neutral network theory.
