摘要
合成了一种侧链型磺化二胺单体2,2’-双(4-磺酸基苯氧基)联苯胺(2,2-’BSPOB),将这种磺化二胺单体与1,4,5,8-萘四羧酸二酐(NTDA)及一种非磺化二胺单体4,4’-双(4-氨基苯氧基)联苯(BAPB)共聚,制得了一系列具有不同离子交换容量(IEC)的侧链型全芳香磺化聚酰亚胺。在高相对湿度下,这些磺化聚酰亚胺膜具有与Nafion112相当甚至更高的质子导电率。此外,这些磺化聚酰亚胺膜在100℃去离子水中浸泡2000h后依然保持良好的力学强度,而且在膜平面方向的尺寸变化极小(<5%),在质子交换膜燃料电池上有着潜在的应用前景。
A side-chain-type sulfonated diamine monomer,2,2'-bis(4-sulfophenoxy)benzidine(2,2'-BSPOB) was synthesized.A series of side-chain-type wholly aromatic sulfonated polyimides(SPIs) with different ion exchange capacities(IECs) were prepared via the condensation polymerization of 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride(NTDA),2,2'-BSPOB and a non-sulfonated diamine,4,4'-bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl(BAPB).At high relative humidities the SPI membranes displayed high proton conductivities which were comparable or higher than that of Nafion 112.Moreover,the SPI membranes could maintain good mechanical properties after being soaked in deionized water at 100℃ for more than 2000 h,while their in-plane dimensional changes were very small(〈 5%).The SPI membranes are promising materials for use in fuel cells.
