燃烧法合成SrZnO_2:Eu^(3+),Li^+及荧光性能 被引量:2

Luminescence characterization and synthesis of SrZnO_2:Eu^(3+),Li^+ by combustion method

摘要 采用燃烧法合成了SrZnO2:Eu3+,Li+发光材料,用X射线衍射谱、荧光光谱对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Eu3+和Li+成功掺入SrZnO2基质中,Eu3+离子在基质中主要占据Sr2+离子不对称性格位,发射来源于5D0→7F2615nm为主的红光。加入电荷补偿剂Li+离子的掺入能显著提高发光强度,其影响程度与Eu3+、离子和Li+离子的掺杂比例密切相关。 SrZnO2 :Eu^3+ , Li^+ phosphor was synthesized by combustion method and its luminescent characteristics were investigated by XRD and FL. The results showed that Eu^3+ and Li^+ were successfully doped into the crystal lattice of SrZnO2 matrix and Eua+ preferentially occupied Sr^3+ asymmetry cationic sites, thus emitting 615 nm red light originated form ^5D0→7^F2 transition. The emission spectrum intensity of SrZnO2 : Eu^3+ phosphor was greatly increased by Li^+ as charge compensator, and the evolvement trend related with different doping ratio of Eu^3+ and Li^+.
