摘要
分析了涟钢Φ５３０ｍｍ×１／Φ５３０ｍｍ×５中型车间存在的问题及改造的必要性；介绍了涟钢此次改造的主要内容：改进加热炉炉型及喷嘴布置型式，轧机由横列式氦为跟踪式，冷床改为液压驱动组合式冷床等，改造后收到明明显效果，实现了连铸坯一火成材。
The existing problems and the reformation necessarity are analyzed in the medium section workshop (Φ530mm×1/Φ350mm×5)of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co.The main reformed contents,such as reheating furnace,mills and cooling bed,etc.are introduced.The reformed results are obvious,and from casting billet the product can be rolled in one heating.
