宋本《伤寒论》访书记

The activity of searching for books of Shang Han Lun （ Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases） of the Song edition

“宋本伤寒论”原指北宋所刻大字本、小字本《伤寒论》。传至明代，仅有的一部小字本《伤寒论》被赵开美翻刻于《仲景全书》之后旋即亡佚，后世遂美称赵开美辑刻《仲景全书·伤寒论》为“宋本伤寒论”。本文所称“宋本伤寒论”指赵刻《仲景全书·伤寒论》，该书国内外仅存6部，笔者皆曾目睹手抚，并有较详笔记和照片。本文仅对台湾故宫博物院所藏《仲景全书·伤寒论》详加考证，以期对校勘研究者有所裨益。

Originally, Shang Han Lun in the Song edition referred to the Shang Han Lun with large and small Chinese characters printed in the Northern Song Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, its only edition of Shang Hun Lun with small Chinese characters was again block-printed in Zhong ,ling Quan Shu （Zhongjing ＇ s Complete Works） by Zhao Keimei and then the original one disappeared. So the Shang Han Lun in Zhong Jing Quan Shu was considered as the Song edition. Only 6 sets were in existence in the world, and were read by myself; I have detailed records and photos of 5 of them. The article is the result of textual research on Shang Hun Lun of Zhong Jing Quan Shu preserved in Taiwan National Palace Museum.
