摘要
为了研究直流电压下盆式绝缘子表面电荷的积聚效应,建立了GIL线路中所应用的盆式绝缘子的仿真模型,采用有限元分析法,应用Maxwell 2D软件进行仿真分析:分析了处于直流高压作用下的盆式绝缘子在表面不同位置产生不同性质、不同量的电荷时电场发生的改变。从仿真结果可知,盆式绝缘子内表面不同位置积聚电荷时,对原电场的影响不同;积聚电荷的极性不同时,对原电场的影响也不同,且电荷积聚到一定程度时,可能导致绝缘性能的下降。通过在仿真中逐渐减小所加电荷量的方法,可以找到不影响原电场分布的电荷极限值。
In order to study accumulated surface charge effect on DC cone-type spacers,a simulation model of cone-type spacers which are used in GIL lines was built to yield the electric field data with the software Maxwell 2D.Finite element method was used for analysis.The simulation results show the change of electrostatic field when different polarities and amounts of surface charges occur on different locations of cone-type spacers.Different polarities of surface charges can lead to different influences,different locations which the surface charges occur on also lead to different influences.When the amount of accumulated surface charges reaches a certain lever,it may lead to the degradation of insulation performance.The amount of surface charges on cone-type spacers is reduced by degrees in the simulation until the electric field after the surface charge generated is almost as the original electric field.The amount of surface charge at this time can be accepted as the allowable value.
