摘要
基于DBD型臭氧发生器的负载特点及其系统中固有谐振的问题,提出了一种可控谐振的DBD型臭氧发生器的电源结构及控制方法。利用系统的固有谐振特性,采用同步控制的方法,让谐振的过程受控,从而避免了固有谐振给DBD系统带来的危害。给出了可控谐振DBD系统的工作原理,并讨论了此DBD系统的特点和性质。在DBD臭氧发生器样机的基础上给出了DBD系统的控制策略,并结合试验讨论了可控谐振的DBD型臭氧发生器电源系统的频率选择和电源系统效率等问题,给出了具体的设计建议。结合电路的特点和具体的试验结果,讨论了DBD系统电源的软开关特性及其对电源效率的影响。通过原理分析和试验验证情况,可以证明可控谐振电源适用于DBD型臭氧发生器系统的使用,并克服了系统固有谐振带来的影响。
Based on the characteristics of the load for the ozone generator with dielectric-barrier discharge(DBD) method and the inherent resonance problems of the DBD system,a circuit of the power supply for DBD system and its control strategy were introduced and studied.According to the inherent resonance problems of the DBD system,a synchronous control method was adopted to make the resonance progress controllable,so that the hazard brought by the inherent resonance could be avoided.A prototype of DBD ozone generator was made and its control system was also discussed.At the same time,the switch frequency and the efficiency of the power supply of generator were discussed based on the experimental results,and some proposals were given for designing the DBD power supply.The soft-switch function and its effects on power efficiency of the power supply were also discussed based on the prototype.It is verified that the power supply with controllable resonance meets the demands of high-frequency power source of the DBD ozone generator.
