摘要 探索高压电场对作物种子影响的时效性是保证种子在有效期内实现市场流通的前提。为了进一步揭示高压电场对小麦种子影响的时效性规律,用不同的高压电场强度对小麦种子处理后贮存不同时间,测定了不同处理条件对小麦种子幼苗株高、根长、鲜重、干重及叶绿素质量浓度、POD和SOD活性、MDA体积分数的影响,分别利用Independent-Samples t Test方法和数据包络分析方法进行了分析,得到了生物效应与不同贮存时间的关系。实验结果表明,在0.5~6.0 kV/cm场强范围内,不同高压电场处理条件以及种子贮存不同时间,对生物效应的影响程度不同。贮存0和10 d时,多个高压电场处理条件对作物种子的影响是显著的。而贮存20 d后,高压电场对作物种子的显著性影响逐渐消失。 Research on the aging property of the impact of high voltage electric field on crop seeds is the basis for that seeds are planted within the validity period.In this paper,we treat the wheat seeds with different high voltage electric field strength and then store for different time for the purpose of further studying the regularity of the impact of high-voltage field on crop seeds.Through this kind of operation,we measure the influence of the different processing conditions on the seedling height,root length of the seedling,wet weight,dry weight,chlorophyll content,activity of POD and SOD,and MDA content.Then we obtain the relationship between the biological effect and the different storage time by using Independent-Samples T Test,and the comprehensive effect of processing time and electric field strength on seeds is given by data envelopment analysis method.Experimental results show that the different electric field treatment conditions and different storage time has different degrees of effect on all kinds of biology effect in the scope of 0.5~6.0 kV/cm field strength.The effects of electric field on the seeds are remarkable when the seeds are treated by several kinds of different high voltage electric field strength and are stored for ten days.When seeds are stored for twenty days,the significant effects tend to disappear.
