摘要 电气化铁道牵引供电系统设计方案的选择需要考虑众多定量和定性因素的影响,是一个复杂的模糊多属性决策问题。为此,基于牵引供电系统设计原则,建立了方案优选的分层评价指标体系;提出了一种改进的层次分析法与逼近理想解排序法相结合的综合评判决策方法,利用加权平均属性重要度的计算,改进了评价指标权重的求解,通过群决策将专家主客观权重合理组合,集结了决策者的权威性和意见一致性,引入垂面距离的定义度量各方案与模糊理想解之间的贴近度,实现了方案的比较和排序;以某新建客运专线为例进行验证,结果表明:该方法理论清晰,可操作性和通用性强,是牵引供电方案优选的一种有效决策方法。 The scheme choice of traction power supply in electric railway concerns many qualitative and quantitative factors,and is a complex and fuzzy multiple attribute decision problem.Based on design principle of traction power supply system,the layer index system for scheme optimization is established.An improved comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) is presented.First,the index weight is calculated by the definition of the attribute significance based on the weighted sum.Then,the authority and decision consistency of experts are unified by group decision-making.Finally,vertical distance is proposed and the order of priority of all schemes is given according to it.Taking an under construction passenger dedicated line for example,the analysis shows that the method features clear theory and better generality,it is an efficient decision method used in scheme optimization of traction power supply.
