摘要
弧线齿面齿轮是一种新型齿轮,以弧线齿面齿轮的齿面方程为基础,在轴平面上对结点进行划分,并映射到齿面上,得到沿齿长、齿高方向均匀分布的结点,并以点云方式输入到CATIA软件中。根据啮合过程中齿面不同区域所起作用的不同,采用逆向造型技术及不同的曲面构造方法,完成了弧齿面齿轮的三维CAD模型,为进一步双弧线齿面齿轮的性能分析及数控仿真加工奠定了基础。
The gear with arc tooth surfaces is a new one. Based on its tooth equation, nodes are designed on the axial plane and mapped on the tooth surface to make their distribution equal along the length direction and the height direction. Then these nodes are inputted into CA TIA with the pattern of point cloud. According to different functions of areas during meshing, the 3D model of the gear with arc tooth surfaces is built by reserve technology and different surface modeling ways. So this provides basis for the performance analysis and NC simulation of this gear.
