1,25(OH)_2D_3缺乏对小鼠脂多糖诱导的应激反应的影响

摘要 自发现一些免疫细胞上存在维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR),维生素D(VD)对免疫调节的研究成为热点。巨噬细胞是一类重要的免疫细胞,受刺激后可产生炎性细胞因子,如肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)等。脂多糖(1ipopolysaccharide,LPS)是革兰阴性细菌细胞壁外膜上的主要结构成分,是其主要的致病因子,可刺激内皮细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞产生大量的炎性细胞因子(TNF-α、NO、IL-6等)。
