摘要
环轧过程控制的关键技术之一是轧制载荷的控制,轧制载荷与压力辊的进给速率密切相关,并随环件的尺寸、材料性能和轧制规程变化。本文探讨了基于动力有限元模拟的环轧过程控制策略,论述了刚粘塑性动力显式有限元的基本方法,以及环轧过程有限元模拟程序H-RING。介绍了一种环轧过程最优控制器的设计方法,该控制器可以使压力辊按要求的进给速率运动。
Abstract The force control is one of the key techniques in ring rolling processes.The rolling load is closely correlated with the feed rate,the ring's dimension,as well as material characteristic and rolling role.In this paper,a control strategy based on dynamic finite element simulation is proposed,the rigid-viscoplastic dynamic explicit finite element method is described and the code H-RING analyzing ring rolling processed with the method is presented.And also a rolling optimum controller,which keeps the mandrel feed in rate as requirement,is designed and relative formulas are given.
