某薄壁型钢屋架厂房倒塌事故分析

摘要 介绍一起采用双C型薄壁型钢屋架的厂房雪灾倒塌事故。通过ANSYS软件,对该屋架梁进行数值模拟,分别选用壳单元和梁单元对其进行非线性受力分析,并考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,同时考虑大变形效应,根据数值模拟结果分析屋架梁倒塌的原因,得出对工程设计有益的结论,从而为工程设计提供一定的参考。 A collapse accident in snow calamity about a workshop with double-C thin-walled steel roof beam was introduced. Based on the mechanical characters of thin-walled steel, finite models were established through software ANSYS to analyze the roof beam, with the geometric and material nonlinearities taken into consideration. The effect of large deformation was taken into consideration as well. Shell element and beam element were used in the nonlinear analysis. According to the results of the nonlinear analysis, some useful conclusions were generated, it can provide some reference for engineering design.
