摘要
某高科技厂房钢屋架安装工程,项目中钢屋架跨度达67.2m,由于施工场地比较狭窄和经济因素制约,无法使用大型机械设备进行整体安装。结合现场实际情况,利用有限元分析,提出一个经济合理的混合吊装方案。该方案巧妙地运用汽车吊和龙门吊,在两周时间内完成了7榀梯形钢屋架的安装工作,为该工程建设赢得了时间。
The paper concerns the installation of 67.2 m long-span roof trusses for a high-tech factory. Because of the limited project site and economical conditions, using large capacity machines to directly lift steel trusses isn't feasible. A finite element method is proposed to obtain a good hybrid lifting construction scheme for the heavy and long trusses. The lifting scheme making good use of a truck crane and elevated gantry cranes, greatly increase the work efficiency of roof truss installation, and as a result total seven long trusses have been rightly positioned within two weeks.
