摘要
徐州火车站站台无柱雨棚为单向受力的张弦桁架钢结构体系,该体系由钢管桁架梁、撑杆和拉索组成。通过在下弦拉索中施加预应力,使上弦压弯构件产生反挠度,结构在荷载作用下产生的最终挠度减小,成为一种新型的自平衡体系。在该结构的施工中,预应力悬索是关键部位,预应力的施加和控制是重点。因此,有必要对悬索的施工技术进行探讨,为同类预应力钢结构工程提供借鉴。
The non-prop platform canopy in Xuzhou railway station is a truss string structure. The system is combined by steel pipe truss beam, struts and cables. As a new self-balance structure, prestress was employed in bottom chord cable in the construction, and thus the structure deformation under the load was reduced. The key point in construction is the control of prestress in the cable. So, it is necessary to study on the prestress control. The construction technique of suspension cable can be referenced and popularized.
