摘要
本文对粉末冶金温压技术的基理、机理和技术关键提出了看法,指出粘结剂和润滑剂在温压过程和烧结过程中的重要作用,并引出“颗粒界面液相烧结”研究的建议。由于温压技术可制造出密度7.10~7.50g/cm3的铁基材料(常规冷模压的密度小于7.10g/cm3),材料的力学性能明显提高,使其应用范围扩大。通过理论和实践分析,探讨了采用“温压技术和颗粒界面液相烧结技术”生产发动机连杆(典型零件)的可能性。
This paper gives thoughts about the principles, mechanism and key parameters of warm Pressing techniqUe, points out the importance of binders and lubricants in warm pressing and sinterillg and PrOPO8es a study on 'liquid phase sintering on boundary of particles'. As the technique can produce ferrous base material with density amounting to7. 10 ~ 7. 50 g/cm3, the mechanical properties of the material are obviously improved and itS aPPlicahon range is widened. The possibility of forming connection rods of engines by 'warm pressing and liqUid phase sintering on boundary of particles ' is explored in theory and experimentally.
