我国公共图书馆委员会建设探析

On the Construction of Public Library Committee in China

当前,借鉴美国、英国、前苏联等国公共图书馆委员会的运作经验成立公共图书馆委员会,是我国公共图书馆管理体制改革的方向。公共图书馆委员会是具有公共图书馆行政管理职能的中介组织。政府在公共图书馆委员会建立中应该发挥主导作用,在政策、法律、舆论宣传等方面给予支持、引导。

At present, according to the experience of the United States, Britain, the former Soviet Union and other countries on public library committee, establishing public library committee is the direction for reforming the management system of public libraries in China. Public library committee is an intermediate organization which has administrative functions for public libraries. The Government should play a leading role in the public library committee construction, and give it support and guide in the policy, law and media publicity.
