摘要
情绪劳动是近20年来西方组织行为学研究中一个新兴的研究领域,并且,作为一种新型的劳动形式,越来越受到组织管理者的关注。如何运用情绪劳动理论提高高校图书馆管理工作的服务质量和服务水平,是一个值得研究和开发的新课题。应开展针对情绪劳动的技能开发培训,建立以情绪劳动为核心的激励机制,建立以情绪劳动为特色的图书馆文化,鼓励馆员情绪劳动的自我管理。
Many studies on Emotional Labor have been done during the past 20 years in western organizational behavior research fields. As a new form of labor, Emotional Labor is increasingly concerned by managers. How to use Emotional Labor theory to improve the service quality and level of the management of university libraries is the topic worthy research. The skill development training for Emotional Labor should be carried out, the incentive mechanism should be established and take Emotional Labor as the core, the library culture should be established and take Emotional Labor as characteristics, and self- management of librarians should be encouraged in terms of Emotional Labor.
