从“缺席”到“在场”——女大学生村官对农村妇女公共参与的影响

From Absence to Presence——On Female College Seudents Rural Civil Servant and Women's Public Paticipation in Rural Areas

自中共中央启动大学生村官计划以来,女大学生村官成为一支充满活力的群体活跃在新农村建设中。对部分女大学生村官和农村妇女的访谈调查显示,受女大学生村官的影响,农村妇女的公共参与由传统的缺席逐渐转向共同的参与与成长。

Since the Central Committee started the plan of college students＇ being rural civil servant,female graduates working as village civil servants have been bas a lively group in the course of new rural construction.After interviewing these female village civil servants,we find that rural women＇s public participation has changed from traditional absence to common participation and growing up.
