无钟炉顶布料协同性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据无钟炉顶布料过程中炉料的运动过程分析了料流宽度数学模型,指出了等面积法多环划分档位的不足,即档位宽度从高炉中心到边缘逐渐减小,这和实测料流宽度变化趋势相反。提出了按料流宽度进行多环划分的新方法、档位布料圈数与料层宽度协同性原则、料层宽度分布与料面形状的协同性原则,并将协同性原则应用于某2 500 m3高炉的开炉,为高炉的高效、合理操作提供了理论依据。 According to process of burden movement,it is analysised the mathematical model of burden width in bell-less top charging.It reveals that the drawback of equi-area mutiple-ring division,which the widths of rings are decreasing from center of blast furnace to periphery and discordance of actual measurement burden width.This article put forward the new method of mutiple-ring division which is base on the width of burden trajectory and coordinated principles,which the coordinated principle between the thickness of burden and burden surface,the coordinated principle between cylinder number of burden and the thickness of burden.It is applyed that the coordinated principle in a 2 500 cubic meter blast furnace for the efficient and reasonable operation of blast furnace.
