厚板冷矫直机辊系承载能力分析

Load Bearing Capacity Analysis of Roll Set of Cold Leveling Machine of Heavy Plate Plant

采用理论校核和有限元分析两种方式,对冷矫直机辊系承载能力进行了分析。二者计算结果比较接近,证明了所采用的有限元模型是正确和精确的。并利用所采用的有限元模型,对实际支承辊辊型条件下冷矫辊系承载能力进行了分析,计算结果与实际情况相吻合。

Using the two modes of theory and FEM,the load bearing capacity of roll set of cold leveling machine was analyzed.The results show that the two modes are closer.It proves that the FEM model is correct and accurate.And the load bearing capacity of roll set of cold leveling machine under the condition of the practice roll shape of backup roll was analyzed by the FEM model.The results show that the calculated value is equal with the practical value.
