摘要
利用AFLP标记技术,从15对引物中选取11对扩增效果较好的引物,对17只大足黑山羊个体DNA进行扩增。结果共扩增出766个条带,其中59条为多态条带,平均每对引物扩增出69.6个条带,平均多态率为5.36%。
