摘要
采用ANSYS软件对光催化反应器中管板与石英管之间的O形密封圈进行了有限元分析,得到了压缩率与接触应力之间的关系。通过载荷衰减实验,再现了橡胶材料的粘弹性特性,并以此来验证O形密封圈在压缩很短时间内的接触应力和压缩率的关系基本符合模拟所得结果,证明了模拟计算过程中超弹性材料假设的可行性,得出了衰减量与压缩率之间的关系,并找到了适合该设备的压缩率。
A finite element analysis was made of the O-ring seals between the quartz tubes and the tube sheets of photo-catalytic reactors using ANSYS software, and the relation between the compressibility and the contact stress was obtained. The viscoelasticity characteristics of rubber material were shown through load decay experiments to verify that the relation between the contact stress and the compressibility basically conformed to the simulation result when the o-ring seal was compressed in a very short time, the feasibility of the assumption of super-elasticity materials in simulation and calculation was verified, the relation between the compressibility and the decrement was derived, the compressibility suitable for the apparatus was found out.
