摘要 应用有限元方法,建立了由转鼓、主轴和皮带轮组成的虹吸离心机回转组件有限元模型,并进行模态分析。结果表明,对其主轴采用不同的约束支承,得到的临界转速有较大差异;提取回转组件在转鼓空转和满载工作条件下的模态,得到其前3阶固有频率以及振型,其转鼓满载时回转组件的临界转速比空转时的略有降低。 A finite element model of the rotors of siphon-peeler centrifuges composed of rotor drums, basic shafts, and belt pulleys was founded using finite element method to analyze models. The result shows that the critical rotational speeds were very different when different supporting constraints were used for the basic shafts. The inherent frequency and vibration mode of the first three orders were obtained after extracting the vibration modes under the work conditions of no-load and full load of the rotor drums, the critical rotational speed of the rotors in full load operation of rotor drum was a little lower than that in no-load operation of rotor drum.
