摘要
针对风洞热风阀在关闭状态下,阀杆受高温、高压以及密封力作用的影响,利用数值模拟分析阀杆的温差应力和载荷应力,依据数值模拟计算结果,改变了阀杆头部的隔热材料,使阀杆满足强度要求;在开启状态下,阀杆受高压热空气冲击,利用数值模拟分析阀杆由于高压空气冲击引起的弯曲应力,并对模拟结果进行了校核。
The temperature difference stress and load stress of the valve rods of the wind tunnel hot blast valves were analyzed using numerical simulation because the valve rods were affected by high temperatures, high pressures, and sealing force when the valves were closed. The insulating material at the end of the valve rod was changed based on the calculation result of numerical simulation to satisfy the strength requirement of the valve rods. When the valves were open, the valve rods were impacted by high pressure hot gas. The bending stresson the valve rods induced by the high pressure hot gas was analyzed using numerical simulation, and the simulation result was verified.
