摘要 综述了JAK-STAT信号通路的组成及结构,各个STAT信号转导及转录活化因子在乳腺中的作用,以及JAK-STAT信号通路在乳腺中的调控机理,并对JAK-STAT信号通路的研究前景进行了展望。 This review makes an introduction on the composition and structure of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, the function of transducers and activators of transcription in the mammary gland and its control mechanisms, finally I will introduce the application development of the JAK- STAT signaling pathway.
