柴油机燃用含氧燃料后缸内传热研究

Study on Heat Transfer In-Cylinder of Diesel Engine Operating on DMC/Diesel Blend Fuel

摘要 从柴油机缸内传热着手,对柴油机燃用柴油和碳酸二甲酯(DMC)混合燃料后,柴油机缸内传热规律和热效率以及动力性进行了研究。研究结果表明:燃用柴油和DMC混合燃料后,柴油机缸内燃烧改善,热效率提高约0.56%;碳烟减少约50%。从而导致缸内辐射传热量及传热损失减少,在DMC添加比为15%时,缸内辐射传热量下降20%,约占缸内总传热量的2.4%。传热损失减少主要是通过冷却水带走的热量减少,其减少量约占缸内总传热量的2.5%,和辐射传热量下降大致相当。 A study on the heat transfer in cylinder, thermal efficiency and power output of a diesel en gine fueled with DMC-diesel blend was carried out. The results show that compared to fueled with pure diesel, combustion can be improved, the thermal efficiency is increased by 0.56 %, the smoke emission is decreased by 50 %, the radiation heat flux and heat transfer loss are reduced. When DMC proportion is 15 %, the in-cylinder radiation heat flux is decreased by 20 %, accounting for 2.4 % of the in-cylinder total heat flux. The heat transfer loss reduction is mainly attributed to less heat transmitted to the coolant, its amount accounts for about 2.5 % of the in-cylinder total heat flux, almost equals to that of the radiation heat flux.
