摘要
通过建立配气机构一维动力学系统仿真模型,获得发动机运行过程中凸轮轴承受的动态载荷;将一维动力学仿真结果作为有限元分析的输入负载,对凸轮轴进行三维瞬态动力学分析,计算凸轮轴运转过程中的应力时间历程并进行强度评价;以三维瞬态有限元分析结果作为疲劳分析的输入,预测凸轮轴的疲劳特性。实践证明,该方法能有效地校核凸轮轴设计方案,并为凸轮轴选材提供参考。
By establishing a one-dimensional dynamics simulation model of valve train, the dynamic loads on camshaft were calculated. Based on the one-dimensional simulation results, a three-dimensional transient dynamics analysis was carried out by using FEA. And the stress course during camshaft running was calculated and the camshaft strength was evaluated. The fatigue strength was computed by using FEMFAT to predict fatigue characteristic of the camshaft. This method can be used to confirm the design scheme of camshaft and to provide a reference for selecting camshaft material.
