江苏灵谷化工有限公司40-60合成氨、尿素装置采用4 MPa四喷嘴水煤浆加压连续气化技术,制氨设备采用国外二手设备。从生产规模、设计指导思想、工艺技术特点、煤气化流程设置等方面对该项目进行了工程项目设计总结。

Continuously pressurized water coal slurry gasification technology has been used with 4 burners under 4 MPa in the 40 -60 -type synthesis ammonia and urea unit of Jiangsu Linggu chemical plant, the ammonia making equipment is the foreign secondhand equipment. From aspects of production scale, design guide idea, process technology features and coal gasification process layout etc. , introduction and engineering project design summarization were made for this project.
