摘要
分析计算了联醇生产中醇后气的甲醇含量以及传统回收方式的收率;探讨了全收率回收技术的基本原理、工艺流程、装置设备以及回收效率。结果表明,与传统回收装置相比,全收率回收装置的甲醇回收量由964.6 t/a提高到1 373.8 t/a,回收率由66%提高到94%。
Author has analyzed and calculated the methanol content in after-methanol gas in combinative production of methanol and recovery rate in Traditional recovery type; has discussed the basic principle for recovery Technology with full recovery rate, process flow, unit and equipment, and recovery efficiency. Result indicates that comparing with the traditionalrecovery unit, the methanol recovery quantity is increased from 964.6 t/a to 1 373.8 t/ a recovered by full recovery rate recovery unit, recovery rate is increased from 66% to 94%.
