摘要
无动力氨回收装置是用以回收合成氨弛放气中气态氨的一项节能环保技术。介绍了江苏恒盛化肥有限公司4 000 m3/h无动力氨回收装置的工艺流程、设计参数、技术指标和工艺设备特点;分析了该装置的节能环保效益。近期运行效果表明,采用该装置每年可回收液氨约7 000 t,减少含氨废水排放约5 000 t/a,创造经济效益约150万/a,投资回收期1年。
Power-free ammonia recovery unit was an energy conversation and environment technology used in recovery of gaseous ammonia in the releasing gas of synthesis ammonia, author has introduced the process flow, design parameters, technical indexes and process equipment features in the power-free ammonia recovery unit with a capacity of 4 000 m3 , built by Jiangsu Heusheng Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd. ; has analyzed the energy conversation and environment benefit of this unit. Running effect in near time indicates that using this unit can recover liquid ammonia about 7 000 t/a, can reduce the emission of waste water containing ammonia about 5 000 t/a, can create economic benefit about 1 500 000 Yuan RMB/a, investment recovery period is one year.
