摘要
简述了影响自然通风式尿素造粒塔出塔粒子温度的主要因素;进行了熔融尿液降温、结晶、冷却过程的热量平衡计算和调节造粒塔风门开度的工厂实验。研究结果表明,自然通风式尿素造粒塔可以根据自然条件的变化,通过热量平衡计算调节风门的开度,达到降低出塔尿素粒子温度的目的。
Author has briefly described the main factors influencing grain temperature out of the natural ventilation type urea prilling tower; has made heat balance calculation for temperature reduction, crystallization, cooling process of melt urea solution and the plant test adjusting damper opening of prilling tower. Research result indicates that the damper opening for the natural ventilation type urea prilling tower can be adjusted according to variation of natural conditions and through heat balance calculation in order to reach purpose of lowering urea grain temperature out of the urea prilling tower.
