摘要 介绍了循环流化床锅炉的使用状况以及生产运行中存在的问题,对一次风风道、钟罩式风帽和旋风分离器进行了改造,对比了改造前后主要运行参数和技术性能,总结了改造后运行效果。结果表明,改造后循环流化床锅炉蒸汽产量由65 t/h提高到82 t/h,吨蒸汽煤耗比改造前的2006年下降13kg。 Author has described the utilization situation for the circular fluidized bed boiler and the existing problems in production running, the reformation was made for the primary air duct, bell cover type air cap, and cyclone separator, comparison was made for the main running data and technical performance before/after reformation. Running effect after reformation was summarized. Result indicates that the steam production of the circular fluidized bed boiler is increased from 65 t/h to 82 t/h after reformation, steam and coal consumption is lowered by 13 kg/t compared with before reformation in 2006.
