铜含量对T122耐热钢中δ铁素体含量及力学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Copper Content on δ-Ferrite Content and Mechanical Properties of T122 Heat Resistant Steel

摘要 研究了T122铁素体型耐热钢中铜含量0-1.77%变化对组织与性能影响,结果表明铜含量增加,使钢中δ铁素体含量下降,钢的室温和高温强度明显提高。持久强度和长时时效后高温强度也随铜含量增加,明显提高。含铜0.90%时,钢的强度和塑性匹配最佳。 The effect of copper content varying from 0% to 1.77% on the microstructure and properties of T122 heat resistant steel was investigated.The results show that the increase of copper content in the steel leads to the decrease of δ-ferrite amount.The strength at room temperature and high temperature increase obviously.Creep rupture strength and high temperature strength after aging are improved evidently with the increase of copper content,and steel with copper 0.90% content have the optimal matching between strength and plasticity.
