油缸油嘴焊接机的设计与分析

摘要 本文所述的油缸油嘴焊接机通过优选结构和运动参数,用CO2作为保护介质,在焊丝匀速回转的同时工件作上下往复运动,以此合成运动来实现油缸油嘴的焊缝轨迹。该机除装卸工件外全部自动化,其结构简单紧凑,操作方便,保证了质量,提高了效率。 Abstract This article expounded the welding machine for oil cylinder and oil mouth, whose structure and kinematic parameter are selected optimally, making use of CO 2 as protective medium. Workpieces move up and down welding wire uniform rotating at the same time, as a result, the resultant movement realizes the path of welding line. This machine is characterized by its compact form, convenient operation, well-ensured quality and high efficiency. It realizes whole automation except load and unload of the workpieces.
