老年心力衰竭患者肾素-血管紧张素系统变化及药物干预效应观察

摘要
心力衰竭过程中，神经-激素系统的过度激活是造成心力衰竭进一步发展和其他功能改变的重要因素。有研究表明，心力衰竭患者血浆肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）激活，可以使血液呈高凝状态，血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）能够降低血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1（PAI-1）水平。本研究探讨老年心力衰竭患者血浆RAS和纤溶活性的变化及ARB的干预意义。
