踝臂指数早期诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病下肢血管病变（PAD）是糖尿病的主要慢性并发症之一，潘长玉等研究表明，北京地区5所医院调查，病程5年以上、年龄〉40岁的2型糖尿病患者中PAD发病率高达90．8％。早期诊断和治疗PAD可预防糖尿病足坏疽乃至截肢的发生。应用多普勒血流探测仪检测踝臂指数（ABI）可作为早期诊断PAD的首选和常规检查手段。
